Elizabeth Humphrey, Co-Opted Governor
Values Lead Governor; Nurture Lead Governor; Member: Student Disciplinary & Exclusions Committee
I am an ex-Head of Department at Norwich High School, having taught for nearly 40 years. I retired a few years ago. I was very involved in the wider life of the School, as well as being an active member of a professional association of teachers in Norfolk. Two of my children attended Fram and were successful and happy in their time at the School. I am fully and happily retired but miss the interesting challenges and variety of students, colleagues and school life. I would like to think I have the knowledge and understanding of education, as well as common sense and a balanced approach to relevant issues to make a useful contribution to a Governing Body.

Helen Otter, Staff Governor
I have taught at Fram since May 2013, following short teaching spells at Norfolk schools. Before teaching I trained as an Accountant and worked at Aviva as a Project Manager. Motherhood gave me the opportunity to return to study before committing to teaching in Art and Design. I am married with two sons, Daniel and Jonny. I exhibit as an artist and run an allotment with my husband. It is a privilege to be both teacher and Head of Year 7 at Fram.

Peter Porter, Co-Opted Governor

Alison Randall, Co-Opted Governor

I am an LA Additional Governor, having served as a Governor in many schools in Norfolk for the past 23 years, including Poringland, Brooke, and previously as Chair at Fram. I am an LA Senior Finance Manager, leading the School’s Finance Support Team and the LA’s Commercial Hub, overseeing purchasing and contract management for services that trade with schools. I am a Trustee and Treasurer of five charities, including the Poringland Fuel Allotment Trust and the PCC of St Andrew’s, Framingham Earl. My son was educated at Poringland and Fram, and, now I am a doting grand-parent, I have even stronger drive in ensuring our schools attain the highest standards possible.

Raymond Sykes, Local Authority Governor
Member: Finance Committee; Member: Staff Pay Committee
I am married with children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. During my lifetime I have been involved in local government as an elected representative, the criminal justice system as a magistrate, school governance in three schools, a Norwich charity as Trustee and Treasurer. I am a committed member of my church in Poringland. I am retired after a working life spent in the UK and abroad.

Deborah Steele, Clerk to Governors
I have been a Clerk since September 2013 and recently completed the Clerk’s Professional Accreditation Programme. My previous career was as a Solicitor for 27 years. Being a Clerk means I can use my legal skills and assist Governors to meet the demands of being professional volunteers. I am married and have two teenage children; the demands of the "school run" are still fresh in my mind! In my spare time I enjoy crafting and competing with my border collie dog.
