Student Wellbeing Coordinator

 

 

37 hours per week, term time plus one week.   

Salary: Scale G - £23,398 - £24,964. (Pro-rata currently equates to £20,035 - £21,376 per annum.)

This is a new and exciting role designed to support the work of our pastoral team in enhancing the mental health and wellbeing of our students and ensuring our safeguarding processes remain outstanding.

·         As a Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will help ensure that all children in the school are safe from harm.

·         You will provide a professional, appointment based Listening Service for students.

·         You will work as part of a supportive and expert team.

Business Support - Office Manager

37 hours per week, term time plus one week.

Monday to Thursday 07:45 – 15:45; Fridays 08:15 - 15:45
Salary: Scale F - £20,661 - £22,658. (Pro-rata currently equates to £17,692 - £19,402 per annum.)

Manage, deal with, and undertake administrative aspect of Business Support, ensuring that this function is organised efficiently to meet the needs of the School. Take responsibility for ‘front of house’ service, ensuring that tasks are completed and that the team demonstrates school values and ethos.  Provide support and back up to the overall Business Support Team.

This is a rare opportunity for somebody who is pro-active, flexible and efficient with an eye to detail to contribute to the smooth running of this happy and welcoming school. Previous experience of working in an educational environment would be an advantage.

Technician (Science) Level 2 - To be readvertised shortly.

22.5 hours per week, term time plus four weeks.   

Salary: Scale E. (Pro-rata currently equates to £10,090 - £11,245 per annum.)

Responsible to the Senior Technician/Head of Department for ensuring that a safe, effective and efficient laboratory technical service is provided, giving technical advice and assistance in the classroom and assisting teaching staff with learning activities.

This is a rare opportunity for somebody who is pro-active, flexible and multi-skilled to contribute to the success of student learning.  Previous experience of working with young people, or in an educational environment, would be an advantage.
